We process orders within 1–3 business days, and delivery across the United States takes 7–20 business days. Shipping is free. That is a wider window than most shops quote, and it is the honest one — we would rather you plan around the real range than be disappointed by an optimistic one.

NurtuBabe is a small independent shop based in Nazareth, Israel, and orders to the U.S. ship internationally. That is the reason for the delivery window above. All import duties and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout — you will never receive a customs bill, and nothing extra is collected at your door. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee on a NurtuBabe order, please do not pay it: contact us and we will deal with it.

You have 30 days from delivery. Email nutrubabe@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions — please do not send anything back before you hear from us. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Our published refund policy governs, and it says the same thing.

Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. You do not pay return shipping when the fault is ours.

Because we are, and we would rather say so. We are a new shop, and where we do not yet hold a supplier's test report or measurement in writing, we leave the claim off the page instead of copying a number we cannot stand behind. If a detail matters to your decision, email us and we will chase it and tell you what we find.

Yes. We are new and small, and every email is read and answered by a person, normally within 24 hours on business days. If something goes wrong with your order, you will be dealing with someone who can actually fix it.
